I didn’t start in insurance, my career was in IT until a major health scare changed everything. Open-heart surgery gave me a new perspective on life and financial security. I realised how quickly things can change and how vulnerable we can be without the right protection. That’s what inspired me to become an nsurance adviser. I’ve sat on the other side of the desk. I know what it’s like to hear bad news and worry about what comes next.
